Job Location - KSA (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for increasing sale and acquiring and building relationship with corporate clients. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Establish and nurture new business relationships, generating revenue to meet monthly/annual targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies for Sales and Business Development to align with Cozmo Travel's vision.
- Set budgets and achieve revenue targets by screening potential clients and analyzing business proposals for market fit, requirements, and financial feasibility.
- Assess tenders and project submissions, providing recommendations to Sales Heads for cost-effectiveness and establishing long-term, credible partnerships.
- Mitigate contractual risks, manage provider relationships, and ensure staff adherence to terms.
- Promote company offerings through market research and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and branches to drive relevant campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee client profiles, monitor business activity, engage with clients regularly, analyze competitive actions, and use data insights to refine sales strategies.
- Customer Experience:
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate decision-makers and stakeholders Demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Identify client needs, tailor solutions to meet those needs, and close high-value deals.
Operational excellence:
- Assure efficient and effective sales operations, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Implement and enforce sales policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational excellence
- Collaborating with line managers to achieve high-impact results and elevate service levels.
Skills
Personal Qualities:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in GDS platforms and booking tools.
- Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics.
- Excellence in account planning and strategy development.
- Fluency in English & Arabic Language (Written & Verbal)
- Display a genuine passion for travel.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in travel/management/hospitality or related field
- IATA certification would be an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience within the travel industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience using travel systems (like Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre or similar)
