Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Role Overview:
The COO will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency across departments, aligning operations with strategic goals, and continuously enhancing the customer experience. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and building scalable processes to support our expansion into the B2C market while maintaining a high standard of service for B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee Operations, Customer Support, and HR teams to ensure seamless performance across all functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners in Makkah and Madinah, ensuring quality and compliance with service standards.
- Lead process improvements and ensure resource optimization to drive operational efficiency.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to support business strategy, expanding the company’s reach and capabilities.
- Drive logistics, inventory, and customer service strategies to create a streamlined booking experience.
- Monitor and refine performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective budget management and resource allocation for operational departments.
Skills
10+ years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in senior management, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and optimize processes in a fast-growing company.
