Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our tyre sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the tyre industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the tyre sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget; ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and product offerings.
  • Training and Development: Organize training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the tyre or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of tyre products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
