Job Description
The Junior Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing office tasks, supporting team members, and assisting in the day-to-day activities to facilitate smooth office functioning.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage office supplies and ensure all necessary materials are readily available.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and documentation.
• Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and office events.
• Perform data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and ensure record accuracy.
• Provide general support to visitors and respond to phone calls and emails.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper communication and workflow.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness by coordinating with facilities.
• Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff as needed.
• Undertake occasional reception duties when required.
Qualifications
