RENFE, Spain's leading railway operator, is seeking a Commercial Operator to join the Haramain High-Speed Railway (HHR) project in Jeddah. This role is essential in ensuring an optimal customer experience and smooth station operations, contributing to RENFE's commitment to excellent service. The Commercial Operator will:
- Assist customers with queries and complaints regarding schedules, prices, train types, fare conditions, and onboard services.
- Provide detailed information on station services and after-sales procedures.
- Guide customers in using online forms and communicate via email or web platforms.
- Manage and supervise customer flow and access control within the station.
- Operate passenger assistance systems, including PAS, PIS, and AFC, to support customer needs.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with customer service.
- Report on local events and relevant services for passengers.
- Manage ticket sales, alterations, and cancellations at the ticketing desk via the Ticket Office Machine (TOM).
- Perform additional commercial and customer assistance duties at the station or on trains as required.
Skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the transportation, railway, or customer service sector.
