Skills:
Consultant shall ensure that the following are included, and not limited to, as part of their scope of techno-functional Solution Analyst role:
- Requirement Gathering
- Requirement Verification
- Process Documentation
- SRD/BRD Preparation
- System Design Services, including:
- System Design
- Technical Documentation
- Software Integration
- Conduct Technical analysis including the impacted systems and teams and coordinate with Architects and Developers
- Document Functional and Technical Specification
- Technical Sections Documentation for any BRD, if required
- Co-ordinate with teams for Sizing and any Effort Estimation for a Change
- Liaise with BA’s and Technical resources and represent BT interests
- Reviews prototypes, solution blueprints, and project scope to ensure RB BT Unit needs are met
- Establishes traceability of the requirements
- Conducts the technical walkthroughs with the developers
- Monitor the efficiency of the applications used in the assigned business area
- Controls the resolution of the most complicated applications and assist the operational ability of the business
- Proceeds to the documentation of all interventions / developments to systems and developments
- Builds and integrates information systems to meet the Bank’s needs
- Continually researches current and emerging technologies and proposes changes
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
