- Achieving approved sales budgets as per the plans for the brand from all the available outlets, targeting minimum 80% of customer coverage and engaging with 5 customers in a month.
- Meet assigned category wise & sub-category wise monthly targets.
- Work closely with respective shop owners or sales staff to get the maximum orders.
- Ensure that payments are collected within credit periods and outstanding debts are controlled within approved limits.
- Manage all existing and newly developed distributors/projects and execute business strategy for all.
