Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage the activities of the operations and workshop (repair and maintenance) team to ensure all activities comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Update equipment status, plan equipment repair and overhaul, identify inefficiencies in processes and make improvements.
• Be the point of contact with sites for any operational issues, incidents and mandatory follow-up actions
• Develop relationships with site teams to ensure all requirements are met and proactively involve them.
• Monitor results within budgets and achieve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and maximize utilization of existing Company equipment/asset fleet.
Skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years' supervisory level technical experience in a relevant industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Possess an optimistic and 'can do' attitude.
