Schedule Control Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor integration between reporting, scheduling in the Department.
  • Manage the monitoring & controlling for construction, renovation, consulting, and sourcing projects.
  • Evaluate all Project Control reports, updates, and Dashboards.
  • Oversee and monitor the preparation of all levels of project schedules and project progress to ensure that project milestones are met.
  • Build strong relationships with external & internal parties to ensure deliverables are met according to standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or similar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate projects scheduling.
