Experience:


 


 



  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with at least a year specializing in talent management or organizational development.


 


 


Education:


 


 



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial engineering, or related field (mandatory), Relevant field, and professional certifications (e.g., SHRM- CP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
