Job Overview
We are seeking a Design Manager to lead design efforts for our new infrastructure and road projects abroad. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Architecture and at least 15 years of experience in Design Office Management. Proficiency in English is essential, and Arabic is preferred. The candidate should also have 10+ years of experience in Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team for large-scale infrastructure and road projects.
- Develop and prepare product prototypes for client review and approval.
- Conduct analyses to identify improvements in existing projects and provide solutions.
- Write and present detailed technical reports that summarize findings and recommendations.
- Use professional tools such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and other relevant design programs to create designs and drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with the latest standards in construction materials and application techniques.
- Guide the team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet project timelines and objectives.

- Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- 15+ years of experience in Design Office Management for large-scale infrastructure and road projects.
- Advanced proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in the MENA region.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and other design software.
- Strong drawing skills and familiarity with construction materials and applications.
- Ability to create and improve product prototypes.
- Expertise in organizational, planning, and coordination efforts.
