Job Purpose: In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our platform. You'll focus on creating and executing test plans that ensure our software delivers a seamless experience to our users. You'll be involved in both manual and automated testing, using your skills to identify issues and help drive continuous product improvements.

Job Description:

• Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases for new features.


• Collaborate with the VP of Product and development team to create effective test strategies.


• Identify, track, and report bugs, ensuring issues are resolved before release.


• Conduct post-release testing to verify the stability of our SaaS platform in production.


• Use testing tools to enhance efficiency and provide clear feedback to the development team.


• Contribute to automation efforts to streamline our testing processes.


• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to ensure quality goals are met.


• Help troubleshoot issues


• Supporting in any other ad-hoc tasks related to engineering, testing and/or product management.

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.


• 3+ years of QA experience, ideally in SaaS or technology-related projects.


• Proficiency in manual, automated, performance, and API testing.


• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.


• Relevant QA certifications like ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.


• Strong analytical skills


• Meticulous attention to detail.


• Effective communicator in both English and Arabic.
