We are looking for an experienced HR Development Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience in small companies, showcasing strong accomplishments in HR, rather than just years of experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and a background in ISO standards is preferred.
Salary Range: 8,500-9,500 SAR
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Development:
Lead the creation and execution of HR strategies, focusing on performance management, training, competency frameworks, career path planning, and succession planning to drive organizational efficiency.
2. Performance & Talent Management:
Manage performance management systems, identify training needs, develop annual training plans, and implement effective learning and development strategies.
3. Program Implementation & Evaluation:
Ensure successful execution and assessment of HR development programs, including leadership development, talent succession planning, and competency improvement initiatives.
4. Resource & Financial Planning:
Assess HR development needs, and allocate financial, human, and technical resources to support the company’s growth and future talent goals.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
Prepare and present reports on HR development, ensuring adherence to ISO standards, and keep senior management updated on progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of HR experience in small companies, with a track record of proven accomplishments in HR development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- ISO Knowledge: Prior experience or familiarity with ISO standards is highly preferred.
