Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the procurement and logistics functions to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products through the supply chain. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field

Work Experience Requirements:

5 years of proven experience in supply chain management

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proficient in the use of supply chain management software.

Roles, responsibilities, and authorities:

Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.

Cultivate supplier relationships and monitor performance.

Oversee efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution.Optimize logistics processes and reduce lead times.Integrate quality control procedures into the supply chain.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.Identify, assess, and manage supply chain risks.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
