Job Title: Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Excellent reporting and writing skills
  • Familiar with MAXIMO

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily facilities management operations
  2. Prepare the PPM and that all pm are done and closed for every month
  3. Prepare and submit detailed monthly FM reports
  4. Act as a liaison between the client and service providers
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  6. Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules
  7. Supervise facilities staff and contractors
  8. Implement cost-effective solutions for facility improvements
  9. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  10. Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics
  11. Participate in budget planning and cost control measures
  12. Manage and prepare cleaning checklists for cleaners in coordination with their supervisor
