Job Title: Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent reporting and writing skills
- Familiar with MAXIMO
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facilities management operations
- Prepare the PPM and that all pm are done and closed for every month
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly FM reports
- Act as a liaison between the client and service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Supervise facilities staff and contractors
- Implement cost-effective solutions for facility improvements
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures
- Manage and prepare cleaning checklists for cleaners in coordination with their supervisor
