• Elegantly market and present the company’s distinctive services to clients.
• Receive client orders and provide details on current offers.
• Respond to client inquiries via tickets, direct conversations, or the communication center.
• Book and activate services for clients.
• Receive deposit confirmation details from clients and forward them to the accounting department after gathering all required transaction information.
• Follow up with clients regarding their accounts and the services they receive.
• Handle sales calls, process client requests or complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and composure when answering calls, especially when dealing with upset clients.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales principles.
• Experience in marketing and sales in the web hosting, servers, and domain names industry is required.
