- Provide assistance on M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side and auction processes) and joint ventures in a wide range of sectors
- Advise clients on commercial contracts, general corporate advisory and regulatory compliance.
Profile
- Saudi qualified lawyer
- 1-4yrs PQE
- Broad Corporate experience (including M&A) from either another leading international law firm or a strong regional firm
