Position Summary:
The Senior Business Development / Marketing Specialist will play a key role in expanding SIPOREX’s market awareness and presence, identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, supporting sales growth, enhancing client relationships, and implementing strategies that align with the company’s business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
•Expand SIPOREX’s market awareness and presence through aggressive marketing efforts.
•Identify new business opportunities to grow the company's key client base.
•Conduct daily visits to key clients, deliver presentations, and generate qualified leads.
•Conduct market research efforts to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitors.
•Help carry out business development plans to grow the company and boost market share.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or marketing (within the building materials or construction industry is A MUST).
•Strong understanding of the Saudi construction market and key stakeholders (e.g., contractors, developers, engineering consultancy firms).
•Proven track record of achieving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
•Exceptional communication, and presentation skills.
