MAIN PURPOSE
Responsibilities
The Marketing and Retail specialist/executive is responsible for assisting and implementing the Marketing, and Retail Strategy in line with the regional objectives, HQ guidelines and the defined budget all to maximise the brands exposure/visibility and build the brands image:
- Strategy: Development and implementation of regional 360 marketing strategy
- Event Management: Develop and execute event concepts in line with HQ guidelines and local relevancy
- Retail Experience: improve client treatment in boutique
- Marketing: Create desirability in the market – Review all MEA translation validation materials
- Local Activation and client Experience: Develop individual and integrated activation plans for Saudi market and execute throughout the year
- PR: create buzz and awareness
- Budget: Controlling and optimizing budget/ PO’s, Invoices
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations:
- Identify Contribute to grow the VIP and KOL Database (artists, royalties, VIPs…) in KSA
- Assist in management of brand ambassadors and influencers contracts and deliverables, manage them on site
- Suggest and recruit new ambassadors in line with the brand strategy in KSA
- Digital: identify product placement opportunities on social media
- Build Ongoing relationship building and KOL loaning for big events, film festivals, awards
Events
- Assist in planning and executing key events throughout the year
- Assist in Organizing event calendar in the region and contribute to local adaptations
- Create concepts in line with sales objectives and HQ guidelines + work closely with commercial/sales team to identity key objectives of Events
- Identify future events venues and key locations and find opportunities for partnership/sponsorship with key governmental entities and commissions
- Follow-up on events executions, liaise with suppliers, and internal stakeholders ensure implementation is in-line with objectives and guidelines
Marketing
- Understand product performance to create desirability in the market and support region for right strategy
- Responsible for the creation and dispatch of product lookbook to VIP database, retail network and partners + invitations
- Assist boutiques (internal and external) with the right communication tools for their clients (assets, greetings…)
- Liaise with malls marketing team in providing communication assets for their channels (malls OOH, digital assets, videos… )
- Collaborations and partnership with external parties to create opportunities for Piaget (Hotels, Restaurants, etc)
- Monitor executions with external partners
- Review all MEA Translation validations for all materials across
Retail Experience (Operations, Maintenance, VM)
- Management and execution of all boutique activations and client experiences/treatments, Workshops (seasonal, occasional and by launch)
- Client gifting and pampering package for VIP clients (occasional and ongoing)
- Ensure uniforms, staff appearance, boutique atmosphere and setup are in line with the brand guidelines
- Audit & stock takes: liaise & facilitate with Richemont Back office and boutique teams
- Support Retail Director in the project management of boutique openings / renovations/ relocations / internalization / closures including the fit out with Piaget HQ, Piaget regional team, Richemont and partners in MEIA region
- Propose, manage, and coordinate with third party operators / contactors for boutique maintenance, utilities, sanitation and hygiene, IT equipment, HVAC and others
- Assist boutiques in the process of identifying, forecasting, ordering, and budgeting of external contracted services
- Support regional VM specialist in the application of visual merchandising guidelines in the boutiques and provide reports
- Optimize storage / stock management of VM material
- Assist boutique managers in the forecast of VM / gifts
- Assist boutiques in the order of print stationary and clients gifting
- Liaise with the local and regional marketing teams in the implementation of activations and events in the boutiques when it requires changes to the boutiques setup or VM
- Assist in the setup of events when VM is in order
- Assist in the implementation and application of all retail guidelines and procedures as per boutique
- Assist in the implementation and application of all visual merchandising guidelines as per boutique
- Assist the Retail Director KSA in the implementation of the Piaget Sunrise Kit for external boutiques (guidelines covering boutiques operations from all aspects)
Reporting And Training
- Execute all reports for the PR & Events department (best clippings, monthly clipping, event reports)
- Assist in competition analysis report marketing 360 (events, PR, OOH, Media)
- Invoices follow up and tracking of internal and external stakeholders + ongoing tracking of yearly boutique invoices (e.g. Security, VM, Maintenance)
- Assist in developments of all reports for PR and events departments (best clippings, monthly clippings, event reports)
- Help organize competition analysis report
- Invoices follow-up and tracking
Budgets
- Support in the control of the A&P and S&D budget according to the guidelines
- Support of the boutiques contracted services costs
- Support in the control of VM and gifts ordering from regional offices or HQ
- Coordinate with regional SDP manager
