Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Operations with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in operations management, specifically related to pressure vessels, modular skids, and structural steel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving client satisfaction. Experience with Aramco projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Enhance product and service quality to meet client specifications.
• Client Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
• Workflow Optimization: Implement efficient workflows and lean manufacturing principles.
• Cost Management: Reduce operational costs and eliminate waste through effective budgeting and forecasting.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Project Oversight: Lead engineering and project planning for multiple simultaneous fabrication projects, including pressure vessels and modular skids.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10-12 years of total experience out of which 5+ years in operations management within manufacturing.
• Proven experience with Aramco projects and other high-profile EPC projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to transform data into strategic decisions.
• Conflict resolution and effective communication.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and just-in-time procurement methodologies.
