Skills
1、5 YEARs of experience in document management/secretarial work;
2、Have ability of maintaining the document control system. Complete the receipt, storage, loan, transmission and filing and archiving of quality management documents, information and books;
3、Ability to handle correspondence and distribute daily mail as required.
4、Ability to organize meeting minutes.
5、Working experience can be reduced to 2 YEARs for candidates with Bachelor degree or above.
6、Use English as the working language.
