A company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations. They should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
- Implement performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including managing work permits and visas for expatriate employees.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Certification in HR management is a plus.
