Job Overview:

The Senior IT Cloud Infrastructure professional will be responsible for designing, implementing,

and managing cloud-based solutions that support the organization's IT strategy. This role

involves overseeing cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability,

while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align cloud initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support

business applications and services.

 Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define cloud architecture and

infrastructure requirements.

 Monitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.

 Develop and implement cloud governance policies and best practices to manage cost,

compliance, and resource utilization.

 Evaluate and recommend cloud service providers, tools, and technologies to enhance

operational efficiency.

 Automate cloud infrastructure deployments and configurations using Infrastructure tools

and scripts.

 Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams in cloud-

related initiatives.

 Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and

service disruption.

 Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud computing

and infrastructure.

 Prepare and present reports on cloud performance, usage, and cost management to

senior management.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Skills

Experience:

 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years focused on

cloud computing and architecture.

Skills & Attributes:

 In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

 Strong understanding of networking, security, and storage solutions in cloud

environments.

 Proficiency in automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform).

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in

cross-functional teams.

Languages:

 Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
