Job Overview:
The Compliance Assistant will support the compliance department in ensuring that the
organization adheres to all applicable regulations and internal policies. This role involves
conducting compliance checks, assisting in audits, and maintaining documentation to ensure
regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.
Conduct routine compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and
company policies.
Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
Maintain compliance-related documentation and ensure records are up-to-date.
Support the compliance team in identifying potential areas of non-compliance and
recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the development of training materials and support training sessions on
compliance matters.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure relevant departments are informed.
Help coordinate communication with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries when
needed.
Skills
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or administrative support
role is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
