The Contract Administrator will manage all contract-related matters, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and facilitate smooth communication between the project team and contractors. This role requires a thorough understanding of contract management and claims handling and a deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts. Furthermore, experience in tender preparation, tender management, tender evaluation, and contract drafting are required. |

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES The Contract Administrator responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Manage and provide support for the tender process, tender preparation, and evaluation (RFQ, RFP, RFI).
- Provide support for Contract drafting and contract clauses negotiation.
- Oversee contract administration processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements, changing orders, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to monitor contract performance, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, including pre-qualification, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
- Review project documentation, invoices, and progress reports to verify accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Provide support in resolving contractual disputes, claims, and variations, collaborating with legal counsel as necessary.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance against contract provisions and approved budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Stay informed of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract administration.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience - 7 years prior experience in a pre and post-contract administration role or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in law, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
