● Generate and implement HSE manuals and procedures at the site,
● Develop and implement various test methods, procedures, plans, etc. required for both functions. Coordinate with all disciplines to adapt and carry out the test and its closure.
● Accountable for the complete function of the HSE Department.
● Planning safe working practices and making necessary changes
● Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation
● Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely
● Writing internal health and safety policies/strategies
● Drawing up safe operational procedures
● Making regular site inspections
● Compiling statistics
● Making recommendations following accidents/incidents
● Keeping up to date with developments within the profession

● Thorough knowledge of safety Precaution measures, and their implementation at large construction sites.
● Should have a proven track record showing practical experience and efficiency in both functions.
