Job Purpose
- The main purpose of the sales coordinator job is to provide all back-office support to sales team, customers and coordination with warehouse/logistics department and production team. Order taking and invoicing.
Principal Accountabilities
- Coordinating between Head Office and regional offices for day-to-day work.
- Coordinating with sales team regarding product availability.
- Coordinating between different departments & branches.
- Coordinating with the Logistics department for dispatch of materials to branches.
- Controlling Stock depending on availability
- Arranging transportation to various locations.
- Preparing Sales-related reports monthly.
- Preparing quotation and offers to customers.
- Coordinating with gas plant in customer orders.
- Order taking and uploading Sales order to the ERP System (Dynamics 365).
- Invoicing and system posting on Dynamics 365.
- Ability to organize his job and timely deliver required tasks assigned
- Previous experience in Sales/coordinator is a plus
- Ability to check bidding governmental bidding portal and search RFQ related to industrial and medical gas RFQ’s.
