Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Security and Fire Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our security and fire protection solutions, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring consistent business growth. This role requires extensive knowledge of the security and fire safety industry, along with proven sales management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets for security and fire safety products and services.
• Identify and target potential customers, including corporate clients, government institutions, and residential sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security and fire protection needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide expert advice and support to customers during the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Lead the negotiation process with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to meet their targets.
• Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present them to senior management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s solutions.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with government contracts or medium and large-scale commercial projects.
• Technical knowledge of security and fire safety systems.
• Certifications related to security and fire safety are a plus.
Skills
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, particularly in the security and fire protection industry.
• In-depth knowledge of security systems, fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and fire suppression solutions.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the security and fire protection sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
