As the single point of contact for the client, the Facilities Manager will assume full responsibility for all aspects of the contract, with a key focus on delivering exceptional service and cultivating a world-class shopping environment. A crucial part of this role will be ensuring continuous improvement in operations through effective supply chain management.
The ideal candidate will take a proactive and strategic approach to managing the account, driving improvements across services, health and safety, environmental and social governance, and supply chain capabilities. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills are essential, as this role involves working closely with key stakeholders, including the client's leadership team, to gain a deep understanding of their organisation and business objectives.
In this role, the Facilities Manager will be instrumental in driving change and business improvement, enhancing systems, processes, controls, and overall customer service levels to ensure optimal end-user satisfaction."
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
In-depth knowledge of health and safety management.
Capable of establishing a good relationship with clients, customers, and service providers.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Strong commercial acumen.
A technical degree in either electrical or Mechanical.
Previous Project Management experience also advantageous.
Large scale mall operations experience also beneficial.
