Service Sales & Operations Manager

Purpose:

The Service Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Service Sales (including Replacement and Retrofit) by expanding market share and increasing revenue. This role includes overseeing the service operations related to AMC contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Plays a vital role in business growth, significantly contributing to the overall success of the service division



Responsibilities:

•Develop and lead a high-performing sales team to accelerate growth and enhance overall performance

•Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence

•Communicate regularly with the sales team to understand consumer demands and provide necessary service sales support

•Establish strong customer rapport, maintain key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction

•Plan and implement modifications to service contracts to better meet consumer demands

• Manage the billing process and ensure timely collection of service sales payments

•Identify opportunities with both existing and potential customers while developing marketing plans to promote extended service sales coverage

•Negotiate tender and contract terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements

• Close sales deals by negotiating and agreeing on favorable terms and conditions

• Provide after-sales support services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Liaise with the technical team to offer customers appropriate solutions, provide the proper recommendations, and resolve issues effectively

• Administer client accounts to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Analyze costs and sales to improve profitability and performance

• Prepare regular reports for the services director to track performance and progress

• Manage service operations and address customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally

• Develop and strengthen the service operations team while monitoring operational costs

• Develop systems to meet business needs and ensure proper data registration for accuracy and efficiency

•Adhere to all company policies and procedures while promoting high standards



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in HVA
  • Minimum seven years experience in a similar field
  • Proven track record on sales achievement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) service sale
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of service management and after-sales support process
