Core Accountabilities
- Support the facilitation and development of the organization departments strategy, which includes strategic objectives and goals in coordination with the strategy champions.
- Support the development and implementation of business plans team, in coordination with the organization sectors and departments.
- Supports the facilitating of the organization’s strategy cascading throughout the center, ensuring objectives and strategies defined by the sectors, departments and sections are aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Identify relevant leading ang lagging KPIs in line with strategies objectives, and analyze the KPIs cascading for each sector down to the lowest level to ensure involvement of all employees in objectives measurement.
- Manage and continuously monitor the performance of the sectors, departments and sections in implementing their strategies and business plans to ensure performance deviations are identified in a timely manner, and required resource and actions are implemented to meet performance targets.
- Communicate for data collection to various the organization sectors, departments and sections in order to track the strategy plan implementation and KPIs.
- Analyze the reporting framework and enhance the reporting tools for monitoring purpose.
- Monitor the cascaded KPIs and report the performance on periodic basis.
- Identify strategy implementation shortfalls and recommended corrective actions to mitigate deviations for annual plans and targets, and support updating of annual business plans accordingly.
- Assist in evaluating and providing recommendations in response to any changes to the organization strategic direction, and conduct the reflection of necessary business changes.
- Communicate and circulate the organization overall strategy and business plan across all departments.
- Support the head of Strategy Management in his role.
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelors' degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Business Administration, Strategic Planning, International Business.
- Strategy and Project Management certifications are preferred.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of solid/extensive experience in strategic planning preferably in:
- Diverse/multi-cultural business industry (obtained from medium to large organization)
- Multi-national company.
- Strategic development, global business development or similar type role.
Skills
- Basic understanding of strategy formulating and management.
- Basic understanding of balanced scorecard and performance management.
- Basic understanding of KSA Vison and Strategy as well as the government sector in KSA.
- Basic knowledge in change management and related frameworks, tools and activities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
