Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate BIM methodologies into project workflows.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and mitigate design conflicts.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Maintain project data and ensure the consistency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices.
• Stay current with industry standards and advancements in BIM technology and processes.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and budgets.

Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in BIM and construction-related roles.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and relevant codes.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g., BIM Manager, Revit Certified Professional) are an advantage.
