Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Stay current on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance to leadership.
