Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEP projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
• Oversee the preparation and review of MEP design documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills

Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design principles, and construction methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MEP design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successful project delivery.
