- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise during construction.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture and construction management, specifically in hotel fit-out projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects within budget and on schedule.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
