Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create innovative architectural designs and engineering plans that align with project goals and client needs.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture/engineering, preferably within the construction sector in KSA.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local construction practices, materials, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) are advantageous.
