- A Master/BA. in a field relevant to the curriculum with 3+ years of teaching and research excellence. Industry experience is highly desirable.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student development, with the ability to inspire and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of digital communication channels and social media platforms.
- Experience in crisis communication and issues management, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation projects.

- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian, Bahraini, and Omani business environments and cultures.
