Sales Engineer/Executive – Laboratory Equipment

  • Lead the sales process, conduct customer consultations and demonstrations, specify solutions, negotiate, and close orders.
  • To advise customers on appropriate machines, handle equipment orders to their specifications, and oversee delivery and start-up.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product training.
  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction and dedication.
  • Regular and proactive updating to management on any new developments on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Skills

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in sales of Laboratory or Analytical Equipment.
  • Having a strong technical engineering background
  • Good knowledge of analytical instruments.
  • Track record of sales within the fields of Academia, Research, Pharmaceutical and Biotech etc.
  • Valid KSA Driving License

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any Science related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of local territory
