Additionally, mentor and support team members, advocate for user-centered design and communicate with stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES :

1.Get Requirements from Business Team:

• Meet with business team to discuss requirements.
• Address design challenges creatively
• Find innovative solutions to meet products objectives and user requirements.

2. Conduct User Research:

• Conduct user research activities, including planning and executing research studies, and analyze findings to guide design decisions.
• Understand user behaviours, pain points, and motivations.
• Prioritize the needs, goals, and preferences of the users.

3. Making Information Architecture:

• Analyse system content and information in a logical manner.
• Structure and organize the data and information.
• Help users find what they're looking for efficiently.

4. Making Visual Designs:

• Make attractive designs with animations, micro-transitions, and interactivity.
• Review design work and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet product objectives and design standards.
• Encourage and drive innovation in design, exploring new ideas, and pushing the boundaries of user-centered solutions.
• Present and showcase the designs to stakeholders.

5. Ensure Accessibility:

• Consider the needs of all user types and personas.
• Ensure that the product is accessible to everyone including those with disabilities while making the system design.
• Follow well known defined accessibility guidelines.

6.Handoff Design Deliverables to The Team:

• Managing complex projects and be able to keep track of all the moving parts and ensure that the project is completed on time.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the UX design aligns with business goals.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that the design is doable with the technical constraints.

7.Create Wireframes and Interactive Prototypes:

• Create interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Demonstrate how the system should function.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and users.

8.Participate In Usability & Expert Testing:

• Make usability testing to get user’s feedback.
• Analysing Qualitative and Quantative data to take decisions
• Collect and get feedback to enhance the user experience over time.

9. Contribute On the Creation of Design Systems:

• Make design patterns, style guides, and design libraries.
• Develop and maintenance of design systems.
• Ensure consistency and the implementation of the design system

10. Follow UX Best Practices:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles, interaction patterns, and best practices, and apply them effectively in design projects.
• Ensure that designs prioritize usability adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
• Deliver multi-channel UX experiences (Mobile – Tablet – Desktop – Kiosk -…)

 Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Graphic Design or another related field.

Years and Nature of Experience:

•  +6 Years of Experience in UX/UI field
