Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Process Re-engineering to lead transformation initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in process reengineering within the consulting industry and have a proven track record of delivering significant business improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business process reengineering or business transformation, preferably at a director level in a consulting firm.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and change management frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive consensus across departments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic direction for business process reengineering initiatives to drive organizational transformation and operational excellence.
- Oversee the assessment and redesign of critical business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the identification of key performance metrics and ensure the successful execution of reengineering projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and data-driven analysis.
- Ensure all process improvements align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
