Job Objective:

The Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant is responsible for leading and implementing digital transformation strategies within the organization. This involves providing consultancy and technical expertise, analyzing current processes, and identifying improvement opportunities through the adoption of digital technologies. The consultant focuses on designing and executing innovative digital solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals, increase efficiency, and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Current State Analysis:

• Analyze the current technology infrastructure and digital processes.
• Assess the organization's digital maturity and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Developing a Digital Transformation Strategy:

• Develop and document a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Provide recommendations on suitable digital tools and technologies.
• Design a digital transformation roadmap, including implementation phases and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Change and Transformation Management:

• Provide support and guidance to the team throughout the different phases of the transformation.
• Manage digital transformation initiatives from inception to completion.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress and identify potential risks and obstacles.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with different departments to identify their digital needs and offer innovative solutions.
• Build partnerships with external vendors and technology solution providers.

Training and Development:

• Develop training programs and workshops to enhance employees' understanding of modern technologies and digital transformation.
• Provide technical support and guidance on using new digital solutions.

Keeping Up with Digital Trends:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital transformation and offer recommendations based on cutting-edge innovations.
• Participate in conferences and events related to digital transformation to expand knowledge and professional networks.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation or digital consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and big data analytics.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative digital solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
