Brief:
We're currently offering various "Project Manager" potential roles.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and up to 12 years of relevant experience in project management and will be responsible for leading engineering projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will ensure that project goals are met while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage engineering projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve project goals and addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate status updates, identify risks, and resolve challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports for stakeholders and upper management.
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction.
• Implement best practices for project management and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-12 years of proven experience in the Engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management
Professional) or equivalent is preferred
