About the Role:

In this role, you will lead and manage business analysis activities, working closely with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect business requirements.
- Document and validate these requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Process Analysis:
- Examine current business processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Create detailed process models and diagrams.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage business analysis activities for various projects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and status reports.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns that arise.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions meet business needs.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Develop user manuals and training materials to aid in solution adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMP.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
