The Test Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the administration of examinations, ensuring all testing procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with examiners, managing test environments, and ensuring compliance with testing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Administration: Supervise the administration of tests in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Monitoring: Ensure a secure testing environment by monitoring test-takers and maintaining the integrity of the testing process.
Coordination: Coordinate with educators and examiners to schedule testing sessions and allocate resources effectively.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all testing regulations, policies, and procedures.
Reporting: Prepare reports on test administration and any incidents that occur during the testing process.
Training: Provide training and guidance to proctors and support staff on testing procedures and best practices.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during testing, including managing disruptions or irregularities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in test administration or a supervisory role is preferred.
