Saudi Accreditation Center is looking for highly skilled and experienced Corporate Communications Senior Specialist, with strong excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality communication content for the corporate channels internally and externally including but not limited to corporate social media content, internal communication, video content, etc.
- Educate employees by providing information about the organisation through internal messaging.
- Manage SAAC's social media channels (X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the SAAC's strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
- Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of SAAC's policies, principles and strategies, and to keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
- Arrange and coordinate press conferences, trade shows, and press interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key external role-players.
- Maintain SAAC brand tone of voice at all times.
- Create marketing and promotional and awareness materials, both print and electronic.
- Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
- Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.
- Plan and deliver education courses and materials.
- Work with Corporate Communication manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
- Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
- Develop marketing and awareness communications campaigns.
- Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
- Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
- Research media coverage and industry trends.
- Develop fresh story ideas.
- Conduct extensive media outreach.
- Prepare briefing materials.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum in communications, marketing or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience.
- Experience with social media tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies.
- Understanding of copywriting, graphic design, layout, and publishing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing.
- Experience with search engine marketing, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Impeccable copywriting and copy editing abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
