We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Contracts Management. In this role, you will support the management of contracts across various projects, ensuring compliance and effective project execution through sound contract practices.
Responsibilities
- Interpret construction terminologies and review contract templates for compliance
- Assess RFP packages and contractual terms, identifying and mitigating risks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to summarize contractual actions
- Conduct financial due diligence on contractors and perform award analysis
- Develop negotiation strategies and document meeting outcomes
- Limit company exposure in non-standard agreements while enforcing compliance
- Provide insights for the Bid Review Program (BRP) to ensure competitiveness
- Analyze data and generate regular reports on contract performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in contract management or a related field, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
