Job Description:

  • Supervise daily site operations and manage on-site staff and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality control throughout the construction process.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues that arise on-site, providing timely solutions.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in site engineering specifically for residential construction projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
