Job Purpose:
- The main purpose of the Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales teams.
Principal Accountabilities
- Supervising the implementation of the division\'s plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with company\'s rules and policies
- Developing division\'s work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve division\'s goals and plans
- Support for canvassing potential suppliers and strengthening relations with present suppliers.
- Developing and administering the implementation of the country sales plan and ensuring the achievement of the financial goals set for the country
- Reviewing the analysis reports produced from marketing surveys to take advantage of all sales opportunities in territory, and thus increasing the market share
- Analyzing sales statistics to assist in sales policy formulation and providing guidance to sales team in increasing sales volume and meeting sales targets
- Enhance existing products through new features and add-ons, and identify opportunities to expand product line
- Coordinating with Finance for ensuring targeted Collection and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Specifying manpower requirements for the Sales division in accordance to company HR policies.
- Recommending training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of training courses
- Responsible to Maintain and administer the sales activities relating to the Sale and Purchase Agreements
- Analyze and define a robust Marketing Plan, budget planning for Marketing spends, and evaluating the outcome.
- Assist in preparing strategic plans and contingencies for management review and approval to guide long-term business planning/development

- Identifies potential successor for his/her position; oversees and implements developmental plans for identified successors
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager
