The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance activities on the property as directed by the Maintenance Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and accommodations. This role involves managing staff accommodations, water treatment operations, and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance activities on the property as directed by the Maintenance Manager
• Manage the STP and WTP operations at all times 24/7/365
• Supervise the water features and system operations for the swimming pools, fountains, and other
• Manage the TCN Staff Accommodation for around 500 employees of Seder Group's different divisions in terms of room allocation, shared areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, solving disputes, move-ins and move-outs, cleaning, garbage collection
• Maintain a healthy and safe living environment for the TCN Staff Accommodation and arrange new comers necessities 
• Supervise maintenance aspects (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, welding, upholstery, civil, and renovations) for reactive and preventive schedules as requested by the Maintenance Management.
• Manage the Fire Fighting team and equipment
• Manage the STP waste collection, disposal, and removal with the contractors
• Following PPM (Periodic Preventive Maintenance) and daily inspection activities in regard to manholes, swimming pools, kitchens, gas-required facilities, fire fighting equipment, STP and WTP
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the Company

Skills

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant certifications may be advantageous.
• Experience: 2-4 years in IT support, systems administration, or related field.
