The Landscape Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all landscaping activities within the compound, ensuring the maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the property. This role will involve managing plant care, coordinating renovation efforts, and responding to resident requests related to landscaping.
Job Responsibilities:
- Following all landscaping activities in the compound including watering the plants and grass throughout the whole property
- Preparing plants in the plant nursery depends on season-wise
- Following and arranging for the garden renovation works
- Following resident’s requests about the landscaping activities
- Follow-up Garbage collection activities in the compound and labor accommodation.
- Assist with Pest control team activities
- Assign work tasks and follow up with the landscapers and groundskeepers
Skills
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in landscape management or a related field.
